For larger applications, the MT series offers modular design for hot-swap applications. Available in single or three phase inputs, the MT110V/20A units give 20A 110Vdc output. As the outputs are adjustable from 95-150Vdc output, they are suitable for charging batteries or used simply as a power supply. With multiple mounting options, these can be used in a 19” rack or wall mounted. The larger MT110V/40A-AN3 is a three-phase input unit, supplying 40A per module for power dense applications.

Alongside it's DC controller the USV6H, more functionality can be added. For more information, please contact us, or visit the documentation page here.

Chassis Mount power supplies allow for flexible installation options in an easy to manage form factor. Powernet's ADC range offers a number of solutions, with it's 96Vdc range fitting within the 110Vdc adjustability range.

The ADC4370/96 is an adjustable power supply, which can output up to 144Vdc. This makes the unit suitable for both users that require a 110Vdc power supply for testing their own products, or those that require a reliable source of 110Vdcin a small form factor. Using a potentiometer, the voltage can be set, with more information available in the datasheet. With options for analogue input, temperature compensation and more, the ADC4370/96 has multiple options for users that demand more functionality. What's more, with master and slave functionality the units can be used for higher outputs than the rated 800W.

Wall Mount Solutions

For applications that require a larger output, but the flexibility of chassis or wall mounting, we offer the W Series of Wall Mounted MT110V units. The 3kW MT110V units fit in a specially designed Wall Mounting Bracket that holds the power supply safely in place, whilst also allowing it to be mounted to a surface. These are designed to give further functionality to the MT series, and can be easily added or retrofitted to existing applications.

110Vdc Modular and Scalable Power Supplies and Chargers

Alongside a wide range of mounting styles and options, we can offer many of these options as modular, scalable systems. Across our rack mount solutions, we have solutions with system builders in mind:

  • Hot-Swap Design - Both our MT and ADC7180 series can be easily hot swapped due to their connector design.
  • Easy to Parallel for larger outputs - With the ability to add more units for larger outputs, units are scalable to your requirements and can easily be increased with your power requirement.
  • Complete Scalable System - Available to be used with external controllers for more functionality, and with up to 1240A outputs.
  • Multiple Control Options - We have systems available with Local DIP Switch Control, 0-5Vdc Analogue Control as well with 0-5Vdc adjustment. We have systems available from simple to complex installations.

Variable Output Power Supplies

The MT110V series of power supplies offer an output adjustable from 95-150Vdc. This makes it suitable for charging 110Vdc batteries, as well making it versatile for more obscure higher voltages. However, we can also offer adjustable outputs with a wider range of asjustability.

The ADC series are designed with a 0-144Vdc output adjustability. This functionality makes the unit suitable for device testing, R&D, as well as reaching very specific voltages that don't fit within typical power supply norms. The ADC4370/96 is a particularly useful example as it has a high voltage adjustability within a small form factor.

For applications that need wide voltage adjustability at higher voltages, modular systems built using the ADC7181R series allow a growing amount of output power sith all of the functionality of the ADC4370. Fitting in a 19" sub rack, the unit offers a large amount of options, and is suitable for expanding systems and future functionality. Along with it's corresponsing Multipurpose Power System, users can build a wide variety of custom solutions based around a hot-swap plug-in module.

Programmable Power Supplies

Alongside the Variable Output Solutions, we can offer programmable power supplies. We define these as being variable from 0Vdc, but also adding more controls and features. Sometimes referred to as laboratory power supplies, these also offer solutions to R and D, testing and high end industrial design.

With partnerships with high end manufacturers such as TDK-Lambda and Enedo, we are able to offer a wide variety of solutions for you high voltage requirements. We have a number of resources to help you with your selection, but we are here to help with any of your requirements.

110Vdc UPS Systems

All the MT110V series are suitable for operation individually or with current sharing between multiple units of the same type. There are several settings available via the DIP switches on each unit, and with master and slave operation they can be easily changed with a single module. For further functionality, the MT110V series can be used with the USV6H range of DC controllers adding more options for your applications. For users that require a 110Vdc DC UPS, the unit can be setup to provide autonomy to 110Vdc applications.
