PC Series

Polyamp's large-output, rack-mounted DC/DC converters are designed for simple 19" rack integration, scalable systems, and ease of use for system integrators. These converters support flexible power delivery with input voltages ranging from 20 to 300 VDC and single output options of 24 to 53Vdc, providing up to 1000 W with convection cooling and 2000W with fan cooling. They feature robust protection mechanisms, including inrush current limiting, reverse input voltage protection, and overvoltage protection with a backup regulation circuit. Advanced load balancing allows parallel operation of up to 10 units, with optional series diodes for redundancy in critical systems. User-friendly controls, such as front-panel adjustable output voltage, external voltage sensing for compensating voltage drops, and alarm circuits with relay outputs, ensure easy monitoring and precise performance adjustments. Built for harsh environments, these highly efficient (>89%) converters operate in temperatures from -25°C to +55°C, with optional conformal coating for enhanced durability in humid or condensation-prone conditions.
